Guidance of Using the CCC2022 Online Conference System
1.The Access Rules
CCC2022 takes advantage of VooV Meeting Enterprise Edition to grant only registered users the access to the CCC2022 online conference system. All registered authors and specially invited guests are required to activate your CCC2022 enterprise accounts following the instructions specified elsewhere in due course. Note that different meeting types have different access rules, as shown below.

Kind reminder: You should keep using your CCC2022 enterprise account during CCC2022, in order not to miss your important schedule with CCC2022.
2.Your “Duty” and “Interested” Agendas
You have two types of agendas when you participate in CCC2022 online conference. You will have the duty to attend certain meetings, as you serve as the host, or you are the speaker, etc. We refer to these agendas as your “Duty Agenda”; Other than that, you surely have the interest to attend many other plenary, oral, or poster sessions, where you are not in charge of anything. We refer to these agendas as your “Interested Agenda”. You have different ways to participate in these two different agendas:
“Duty Agenda”: Our CCC2022 support team will set it up in the online conference system in advance. You should be able to find them in your VooV Meeting client provided you logged in using your CCC2022 enterprise account. When the agenda starts, just click the enter button: it’s that simple! In some rare case you may not be able to find the agenda (of course our fault), you can still find your way following the below “Interested Agenda” approach.
“Interested Agenda”: You will be able to find, several days later but before the Opening Ceremony for sure, the updated CCC2022 Program Book, where all the links and codes to attend the online meeting have been properly put on where they should be. You can simply click the link to activate your VooV Meeting client or enter the code to the client manually. When you joint your Interested Agenda, you will be automatically one of the audiences of the meeting, with limited communication capability using only texts. But if you wish, you can click “Hands Up”, and you can then talk, with the possibility of showing your real-time video, should the host permit you do so.
